REALTOR Members of the SAN ANGELO ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS are those Texas real estate licensees who make application for membership, pay the required annual dues, and agree to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics as a REALTOR membership requirement. Not every Texas real estate licensee is a REALTOR; but every REALTOR has an active Texas real estate license. The SAN ANGELO ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS has a membership of 289 as of January 1, 2010 and is governed by a Board of Directors. The SAN ANGELO ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS is active in the community by their involvement with the Chamber of Commerce, City Council, School Board, and other like entities. The Association has been a proud supporter of economic development for San Angelo and has contributed to the “Priority One” program since its inception. Also, one of the many yearly activities sponsored by the Association are city, county, and school board race forums and debates (some state and national races are held as well). These are held both live and televised which allow the public to be better informed on the candidates who are running for an office. A small staff consisting of Kandi Pool, RCE, EVP, Diana Warrick, MLS Administrator and Amanda Diaz, Office Administrator, serve the San Angelo Association of REALTORS. The Association welcomes you to our website and our hope is that you find all the information you need to help your decision on any real estate matter you may have.
